Our mobile application requests the following device permissions, each only to support a specific feature. Permissions are requested at the moment the feature is used, and you may decline or revoke them in your device settings at any time:

Photos and voice recordings you submit are uploaded to our secure cloud media storage provider (Cloudinary) so they can be attached to the relevant job. Voice recordings may be processed by a third-party transcription service to generate a written report from your spoken notes. The mobile app does not collect your precise location and does not access your microphone, camera, or files outside of these user-initiated actions.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• To provide and maintain our service
• To manage your account and provide customer support
• To process your transactions and send notifications
• To attach photos and voice notes to jobs and generate work reports
• To improve our platform and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

We share your data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf to operate the service, and we require them to protect it and use it only for that purpose. These include:

• Cloud hosting and database providers that run our platform
• A cloud media storage provider (Cloudinary) that stores the photos and voice recordings you upload

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need your data, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data — including your job records, uploaded photos, and voice recordings — at any time. You can ask your company administrator to remove your account from the web dashboard, or email us at info@xavinex.com from your registered email address. We verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain records.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data:

EasySolution is a business tool intended for use by companies and their employees. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
