By accessing and using easysolution, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

easysolution provides a platform for managing business operations including employee management, customer relations, job scheduling, and reporting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise this right.

Access to certain features of the platform requires a paid subscription:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Credits may be purchased separately and are subject to expiration

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by easysolution and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software without our express written permission.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the platform. We will not use your data except as necessary to provide the service, unless you give us explicit permission. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and backup your data for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, easysolution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or in the event of technical difficulties. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the service at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which easysolution is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
