Can I start for free?+
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. It includes 2 field users, 30 jobs and 5 AI reports per month — enough for a solo operator to run real jobs.
How does per-user billing work?+
Paid plans are billed per field user, per month. You are charged for the seats you use, and you can add or remove users from your dashboard at any time.
What happens if I downgrade?+
Your data is never deleted. If your new plan includes fewer seats than you have users, the extra users are simply locked out until you upgrade again — nothing is lost.
Can I change plans later?+
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Plans. Upgrades take effect immediately; anyone previously locked out by a seat limit is restored automatically.
Is my data secure?+
Every report is encrypted and never shared. Processing is secure by design, and you can request full deletion of your data at any time.
Do you offer a discount for early adopters?+
